NOTICE OF NAMES OF PERSONS APPEARING AS OWNERS OF CERTAIN UNCLAIMED PROPERTY HELD BY CITIZENS BANK, N. A.
The persons whose names and last known addresses are set forth below appear from the records of the above-named banking organization to be entitled to unclaimed money or property in amounts of fifty dollars ($50.00) or more.
A report of unclaimed money or other property held or owing by Citizens Bank, N.A. will be made to the State Comptroller in accordance with the provisions of Section 301 of the Abandoned Property Law. A list of the names of persons contained in the notice is on file and open to public inspection at the principal office of the banking organization located at 525 William Penn Place, Room PW2140, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219-1726, where the unclaimed money or abandoned property is payable. Such held amounts of money or other property will be paid or delivered to proven entitled parties by Citizens Bank, N.A. through October 31. On or before November 10, any
remaining unclaimed monies or other properties will be paid or delivered to the State Comptroller.
