He’s back. Again.

Arnold Schwarzenegger reassured fans that he’s feeling “fantastic” Friday after undergoing heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. It was his third heart procedure.

“Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery,” Schwarzenegger, 73, wrote on both Twitter and Instagram. “I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues. Thank you to every doc and nurse on my team!”

Schwarzenegger’s son Patrick commented, “PLEASE DONT GO WORKOUT TODAY!!” on the Instagram post.

The “Terminator” star and former California governor was born with a congenital heart defect, and had emergency open-heart surgery in 2018 to replace his pulmonary valve. He celebrated that success with his trademark catchphrase.

Schwarzenegger also had a heart operation back in 1997.
